Oklahoma’s number one priority should be creating a broadly educated citizenry at all levels – infants to senior citizens, rich and poor, urban and rural, scientists and artists, builders and creators – they are the future of our state.

My top priority will be to improve Oklahoma public education for all involved – students, teachers, parents, the business community, and society in general.  Improvements in education would lead to improvements in recruiting businesses which would improve employment rates which would improve the overall economy which would improve tax receipts which would improve funding new infrastructure, social services, and other State services, and on and on and on.  Without good and successful public schools and without a trained and educated work force, the State will not be able to attract and maintain businesses
